Evergreen's Red Eye: Experimental Aircraft

Feb 15, 2019 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Join us for our new 21+ nightlife program! Bring a friend, grab a drink, and immerse yourself in our topic of the month – experimental aircraft, from the military and civilian perspective!

Experimental aircraft are meant to advance the science of aerodynamics – they are used to test new designs, equipment, and technology. These crafts were illegal for civilians to build in the United States until 1952, with Oregon pilots at the forefront of innovation. Learn about some of these strange and wonderful designs with our panel of expert guest speakers, a tour through Restoration, and fun activities!

Wine and snacks will be available, and are included in admission price (below).

Location: Aviation Museum building

Cost: $15 for non-Members, FREE for Museum Members.

Please RSVP to: education@evergreenmuseum.org

Make it a date night! There will be an after hours movie showing at 5:15 for $3 per person!
