RV Parking

Guests may park their RV overnight (one night) while visiting the Museum! 

Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum offers one night RV Parking on the premises by reservation only. 

Cost: $35 per vehicle (includes one adult Museum admission. Limited to one overnight stay per month)

Museum members and Harvest Hosts members enjoy free RV parking. (proof of membership required)

RV PARKING CLOSED the following dates:

  • November 25th (Thanksgiving)
  • December 24th & 25th (Christmas Eve and Christmas Day)

Instructions: 

  1. REGISTER FOR AN OVERNIGHT RV PARKING PERMIT 
  2. Retrieve your permit by checking in by 4pm on the day of your stay at our admissions desk inside the Aviation Museum. 
  3. Park your RV and enjoy your stay! RV parking is located on the west end of our North Parking Lot. (Please do not park on the east end; it is reserved for Museum special events). If the North Lot is closed for a Museum event, please use Overflow Area 1. See the map above for reference.

Vehicles without proper permit on dashboard/expired permits are subject to removal. Open flames, tents, camp chairs, and canopies are not allowed. Overnight stays are limited to one per month.

Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum Guest RV Parking Policy

The goal of Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum (EASM) overnight RV parking program is to ensure that museum guests are given the opportunity to safely stay overnight (in their Recreational Vehicle) on our property. 

Guest RV Parking fees are assessed to ensure that only registered Museum guests are on campus after hours. And all others can be asked to depart and be trespassed for violating Museum policy.

EASM Guest RV Parking Policy

Museum guests are welcome to park overnight on the Evergreen campus (North Lot). All overnight stays require possession of an Overnight Parking Pass, issued at the Museum admissions desk.

EASM RV Parking guests must purchase and pick up their pass by 5:00 pm on the day of their visit. Guests may purchase and reserve their pass in advance online, however, they must check in and pick up their pass at the admissions desk.

  • Price: $35 includes on adult admission – purchased at the admissions desk or online. There is no fee for this service to EASM and Harvest Hosts members.
  • Overnight stays are limited one day/night per month
  • Overnight guests are limited to one tow vehicle or towed vehicle
  • Self-contained. No additional vehicles, structures, tents, tables, chairs, or camping gear.
  • Pre-paid guests that arrive after 5:00 pm must check in at the admissions desk by 10:00 AM the following morning.
  • Overnight Parking Passes Must be displayed either in the windshield or an adjacent window of the vehicle.
  • Overnight Guests must provide their name, contact information, and license plate number prior to receiving a pass.
  • EASM reserves the right to refuse overnight parking privileges to any person (or persons) that violate museum policies.

 ALL violators will be asked to leave (and may be escorted off campus by local law enforcement authorities).

We would like to stay the night of September 16. Our RV is an Imagine 34 foot travel trailer, 2022. We are two adults, two children (11 and 5), and one dog (Huskey/Shepherd mix).
