Holiday Toy & Food Drive

Support our local Veterans and community by donating toys and food items for distribution by the American Legion Post #21 Auxiliary

Non-perishable food items needed:

  • Canned Meat (ham, tuna, chicken, spam)
  • Meal kits that don’t require extra ingredients
  • Instant potatoes, rice, soups and ramen.
  • Pancake and muffin mixes
  • Cereal       
  • Pasta Sauce
  • Mac & Cheese
  • Canned soups, chili and pasta meals
  • Canned fruits & applesauce
  • Pudding, Jell-O & fruit cups
  • Peanut butter, jelly/jams
  • Canned/boxed juices
  • Flour, sugar, rice, dry beans, pasta
  • Oil & seasonings

Toys:
Toys will be given to children ages 2 to 13. Please bring unwrapped toys.

Stocking stuffers for Veterans in care homes:
Use your imagination! If you have a loved one in a care home, you will know what they need and/or like to receive. A few examples are lotion, store bought non-perishable goodies, snacks, books, gift cards.

Collection boxes are located in the Aviation Museum building

Cash Donations:
Donations can be taken to the American Legion Hall located at 126 Atlantic Street, McMinnville.
