Father’s Day 2026 – Pancake Breakfast and Speed & Stealth Fair!

As many of our guests know, we hold a biannual SR-71 Symposium every other year (on the odd year). Since this is an even year and we have to wait until 2027 for the next SR-71 Symposium, we have decided to do something a little different. So, what better way to celebrate Father’s Day then to have a pancake breakfast and a Speed & Stealth Fair to celebrate our collection of Lockheed Martin Skunk Works aircraft (SR-71 Blackbird, F-117 Nighthawk, F-104 Starfighter, and the D-21 Supersonic Recon Drone).

Our Father’s Day Pancake Breakfast will feature Pancakes, Eggs, & Sausage; along with Milk, Juice, Tea and Coffee. Only the 8:00AM to 9:00AM Seating is available. The Pancake breakfast must be purchased online.

Our ‘Speed & Stealth Fair’ offers guests a chance to get an in-depth look at our collection of Skunk Works aircraft.
