Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum has several unique venues for teaching, learning, or just having fun. We can offer classrooms for academic pursuits or a Giant Screen Theater for private screenings, video games, or special occasions.
Giant Screen Entertainment
Imagine turning our Giant Screen Theater into your personal private screening room, birthday celebration, or video game center! You could watch any movie you like or play video games on our 75 ft screen!
Some inportant Details:
Theater Rental Includes:
- Theater rental includes use of the theater lobby.
- The following applies to the projection options:
- Live Stream a program of your choice from a Laptop.
- You provide a DVD for the movie of your choice.
- You provide a Gaming Console to play movies or video games.
NOTE: Doesn’t include Museum Admissions
Rental Rates*:
- Small Groups (up to 20 guests): $75 per hour.
- Medium Groups (20 to 100 guests): $150 per hour.
- Large groups (100 to 220 guests): $200 per hour.
- After Hours Surcharge: $200 fee to help cover the cost of staffing after 4:00PM.
- Cleaning Deposit (Refundable): A $100 to $200 deposit is required when bringing your own food & beverage.
Food & Beverage Options:
- Bring your own food & beverage (requires cleaning deposit).
- Or pre-purchase concessions package (per person) options:
– Soda (Bottled), Lg. Popcorn, and Candy: $14
– Soda (Bottled), Lg. Popcorn: $12

Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum is focused on supporting education and community in all forms. We have several classrooms/meeting rooms available to schools groups, civic organizations, and students of all ages.
Classroom rental rates start @ $25 an hour.
